Xcel Competitive Gymnastics

Xcel is a USAG competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to allow gymnasts to build on their strengths and work at a comfortable pace to ensure a positive and rewarding gymnastics experience. Emphasizing poise, rhythm, execution, and presentation, the Xcel team is open to gymnasts who have mastered gymnastics basics on each apparatus.

TeamGym

TeamGym is a team-based gymnastics program where athletes compete together in floor, tumbling, and jump events. Squads of 6–14 gymnasts perform synchronized routines that emphasize teamwork, strength, skill, and execution across multiple difficulty levels. Recognized by USA Gymnastics and the International Gymnastics Federation, TeamGym offers opportunities to compete at local, national, and international events.
